I'm pretty new to Access. What I want to do is set up a Purchase Order form
that anyone on the network can access and have the form keep numbering in
sequence. The data from the PO would be stored in a database for record
keeping purposes.

My questions:
1. Is this feasible?
2. Will very one be able to access the form?
3. Where should I start with the form or the database?
4. Anything else I should make sure to do or consider?

There's really not enough information to be sure of an answer for questions
3 & 4. However, for the other questions:

1. Yes, it is possible.
2. Yes, it can be designed so everyone can use it.
