Form won't Print

Have a form that was completed and returned. Try to print it but all I get is
a blank page. Fixed this before but cannot remember what I did to fix the
problem. Does anyone know?
 
Look in the Font dialog box. You can press Ctrl+D to open it.

Also, note that hidden text will only be visible on the screen if you show
nonprinting marks (for example by pressing Ctrl+Shift+8).
