Form view - Data Entry

A Form, in use for several months, will not allow additional records to be
entered in either Form View or Data Sheet View. I can enter directly to the
Table Data Sheet View. Other forms in the same database are fine. The
Properties of the forms that work look the same as the one that doesn't. Any
ideas are appreciated.
