Form Values cannot be edited

I am trying to do the following:

1. Open a form that has combo boxes allowing me to select group and document.
2. Whenn the OK button is selected a query searches for data to match those
criteria and another form opens in data sheet view where those records
matching the data can be edited
(I could not seem to edit the data directly from the query table)
Form A works
Query works
I cannot edit data in the query table
I cannot edit data in the form in data sheet view
I have checked all properties and made sure they allow for editing.

All data is based off of only 1 table.

Hi,
A straight select query can usually be edited.
There are many ways to set up a query that makes not updateable - which
means you can't edit it.
