Form to open confirmation page in same frame

Is there some script I can put in so that the confirmation page from a form
opens in the same frame.

Sorry should have said I also have the script running submit only once.
I've managed to get it to open in same frame now but if I use the back
button and select the submit button it submits it again!



Any ideas?

That normal behavior for any form.
