I have performed the steps but there are no errors present. What is
necessary to transport the data from the form to the database?

Are you running on a Microsoft Web server?

Does your page have an .asp filename extension?

If you right-click the form and choose Properties, is Send To Database
selected?

Yes it is a MS Web Server running windows 2003, the form has a .asp
extension, and the properties are set to send to database. Frontpage setup
the database via the wizard. I think it is the front page server extensions
because i cannot get a hit counter to work as well as form to database
submission. I have reinstalled the extensions and extended them and it
presents that everything is successful. Any ideas, I am not sure where to
start or what to troubleshoot. I believe if the hit counter problem can be
resolved the form submission would also be successful.

Make sure that the IIS appilication that corresponds to to your FrontPage Web
site has Execute Scripts authority. This is something you configure in IIS
Manager, in the Property page for your site's or subsite's starting folder.

I found out today that I needed my server provider for the website to make my
database writable. Now it works.
