Form Startup Position

R

Rosemary

Hello,

I have a form in which is embedded a subform. I have the
Tab Order set up so that, when the form opens, the cursor
starts in a field that is inside the subform - the
position of this field is about 1/4 of the way down the
form. When the form opens, it automatically scrolls
downward to where this first Tab Position has been set in
the subform.

What I would like is to keep the tab order starting in
the subform, but prevent the form from scrolling downward
to that field's position when it opens.

Thanks,
Rosemary

The only thing I can think of, assuming that the location on the subform is
visible without scrolling, would be to have the cursor initially go to a
control at the top of the form then move it in code to the desired location
after the form is open.
