Hi
[Using Outlook 2003 - and I don't know much about it either!]
I connect to my firm's office remotely. We have some public folders
available for synchronization, together with forms for viewing/editing the
public folders. One of the public folders is a journal and has a form
associated with it. I have recently lost the associated form and now my
viewing/editing has reverted to the default form. When I view the folder
online I get the right form. However, when I disconnect and view my copy of
the folder, I get the default form. In the properties, I cannot select "When
posting to this folder use:" as it is greyed out.
Could you give me some pointers about how I can reset this public folder to
use the form I want to use for editing/viewing the journal entries.
Thanks
Simon
