Form saved as doc without form fields?

Mike Burke

I have a form (Word 2003) I'd like to fill in and save as a document without
having active form fields (only form field content). I might be missing
something.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike,

To do this, you would need to remove the forms protection, then you could select all the formfields (or use Ctrl-A to select the
whole document), then press Shift-F9.

If you check Tools > Options > Save > Save data only for forms, Word will
save the data only as a comma delimited text file.
