Form results being sent to email

Hi,

We have a client that has a secure donation page setup on our web server.
When their form is submitted, the results are sent via email to our client.
There are no issues with the form, and the client is getting the results, the
only problem is that part of the results are being duplicated, but only when
sent to her. If I change the form to send the results to my email address, I
see no duplication, but when I change it and have it sent to her, part of the
4th to last field, and the last 3 fields are duplicated in the email. Any
idea why this would be happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Debbie~

Thinking further into your issue, if you have the full Adobe Acrobat
program, you could convert your Word document to .pdf format, then upload it
to your web and hyperlink it - that way, you wouldn't have to salvage the
original images...

1st question: Is the credit card information being sent via email to the
client? If so, it is *not* secure. HTTPS and secure certificate does not
work with email. If the cc info is being sent via email, you are leaving
yourself wide open to many, many issues, including liability.

Donate how? If it's by plastic doing this is going to leave you open to 2
major issues.
1/ Customer liability - email is not secure. The first time someone
intercepts a CC number you and/or your client are on the hook
2/ Your bank - if they knew your client was taking CC numbers by email they
would certainly stop your clients merchant account. No bank would approve a
merchant account that accepts CC numbers by email.

I see your issue with the form but if I were you I'd sort out the credit
card submission first.
