form required to view ... cannot be displayed

In Outlook 2002 Contacts, when clicking on "new", returns the following
error "The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact
your administrator." It used to work until SP3.
Any ideas?
 
Clearing the cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other |
Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
