form question

Hi

I have created a database system for a piece of coursework, I have used a
form to create a menu page with various command buttons to run operations.
There are 2 sub tables on the page and if one of the entries is selected I
have a button which displays all the details on a form. I have tuned the
navigation and scroll bar buttons off to make it look neater.

I would like a command button to open a blank form to enter new member
details (its a DVD hire scenario) but cant seem to do it. An alternative
would be to have the navigation buttons on and open the form then use the
nav buttons to go to the blank form.
