Hi

I am creating a database for a piece of coursework. The main menu has two
subtables that show all the member details and dvd details of a dvd hire
shop. Each one has a search button so you can select a name and display a
form of the details.

One form shows the seleceted record only (with no buttons for other
records), the other which i created later shows the displayed details as
record 1 of 1 (filtered). So if record 2 of the table is selected the form
shows record 1 of 1 which looks a bit messy compared to the other one which
has no buttons.

Problem is i dont know how i created the first one, i dont know what i have
done differently. Am i making sense, can anyone help.

thanks

Gary

Set the form's Record Selectors and Navigation Buttons properties to No.
