Form Page Confirmation

Fuse - News

We have setup a form, and have it redirected to a custom page rather than
the default page after they submit the form.

Question, can we include some code or something in our custom made page so
that FP will put what the user has submitted in the form to show up on our
custom made confirmation page?

Insert | Components | Confirmation Field

Wording may be different, depending on the version of FP.

Yes, it's called a "Confirmation Component" and should be somewhere in the
"Insert | Component" area in your FrontPage.

You put one in for each field you want to reproduce, and give it a name that
is _exactly_ the same as the field name.

The browser will list what the user typed in the field back at them for
printing, verification, etc.

Thanks for the information. I'll play with it and see if I can get it to
work properly.

Just to let you know... confirmation works great!!

Another question, is there a way to make the users email address which they
submit in the submission form the reply to address?

I see where you can setup the reply to email address in form properties, but
how would you make the user who is submitting the information the reply to
address?

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler to have the user appear as the sender of the email.
However as long as you configure the form properties to use the email address as the reply to
address, then when you click reply to sender in your email application, it will use the reply to
address.
