Form on the Internet ?

What would be the best way to enter data into an Access
2000 Database? Front Page Form ? Data Access Page? Or
would it better to have them login into the database from
the Internet thru ?? IP or VPN ? and use a Entry form on
the database?

Please help, I need to make a decision this week on how
to proceed....

I'm no web expert, but I'd use either ASP or Cold Fusion. However, either
of these is an investment in time and learning. Neither is simple.
