On my site, I have a form which a user can fill in, and on submit is email to
me.

This worked before, but after a server crash, and a new installation of
server2000, frontpage extension 2002, everything else work perfectly but
the
forms asks for a username and password. I did uninstall and re-install FP
Server extensions, did an recalculation, etc. etc. .. but it stays the same.
I noticed though that in frontpage admin under "change anonymous settings"..
I
set it to off and back again to ON, the dropdown list where one should
choose the role of anonymous user is empty ?
One of the sites hosted with me had the same problem. I removed the site,
deleted the folder and set it up all new - then after a fresh publish it
worked correct again.
My site however is about 300mb and we still use dial-ups around here
(Namibia) So if there is an easier way PLEASE HELP
me.
