hi,

i have a form that took me 2 days to design and code. then this morning
when my supervisor logged (the database is on my desktop. i am hoping this
is coincidence rather than trying to sabotage) in i noticed that i got an
error message after I added an IIf statement to one of the fields... the
error message basically said "... there is not enough memory to perform..
please close unessecary programs and start again".

the form will not open in view or design mode!!

PLEASE help!!!!! what can i do? this project is due today!!!!

thanks in advance,
geebee

Make a copy of the file. On one of the copies try Repair and Compact
from the main menu to see if it fixes the problem.

If not, try creating a new blank file and importing into it all of the
objects from your file.

If that doesn't work you might need to revert to your last backup. You
DO have a backup right? If not, consider this an expensive lesson in
computer basics and start doing regular backups from now on.

There are also services that can (usually) recover damaged Access files.
Don't know how much they cost, but the good ones only charge you if they
CAN recover most of the file.
