Form - Movable Property Access 2007

For some reason I can't change the "Movable" property in the property sheet
for any of my forms. I'm using Access 2007 and can't find any settings that
would prevent this. Can anyone help?

Nevermind found the solution.
-Office Button
-Access Access Options
-Current Database
-Document Window Options select Overlapping Windows

And that was it
