Hot Damn. This newsgroup is way better than Microsoft's "help".

The next query has to do with form letters:

Is there a way to send letters out to my distribution list without having to
start out with "Dear Sir or Madam," or "To Whom it may Concern," ?

i.e.: The subscriber's name in the heading?
