I have created several form letters where I just change
the name and address and can send again and again. In the
body of the letter I have three gender specific pronouns
(ie his/her, he/she). I currently have three drop down
boxes and have to chose each. I would like to set one and
have the other two to change to the correct gender. Is
there a way to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your
help!

Insert form fields for your variable information (the name and address)
For the gender specific material, set the first one as a form field (and
check its calculate on exit check box) and for the others use a REF field to
call the bookmark assigned to the first of those drop down form fields. i.e.
{REF Dropdown1}
Lock the form and save it as a template.
Create new documents from the template.
