How do I edit a form letter? I have letters that I send out to different
people. I have saved my original letter. I would like to open the letter and
change certain items in the letter, such as name and address, other
information. How do I go about mraking the items that I want changed so I
don't have to read through the entire letter?

Have you read the Help about the mailmerge function? That seems to be what
you're after.

If you are sending this letter out to odd individuals rather than a raft of
people, save the document as a template. Change the date for a createdate
field and the variable information for macrobutton fields
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm then create new documents from the
template. Use F11 to move between the fields.

If you are sending to a list of people, you do almost the same but use merge
fields related to your data source in place of the macrobutton fields.

letter for labels)
