Still waiting for an official announcment from microsoft regarding the
addition of form letters, envelope and fax printing from Outlook BCM 2007.

does the recommended add-on you suggest work with business contact manager
and create a log in history ??

I have emailed support and askked the same question. he is working on
the history log. it works with BCM at this time.

try this, it is a little slow if you have a lot of contacts but it works..and
it's free
