form labels

When I print a record displayed in a form, a lot of the labels are being cut
off by 1 or two characters on the printout. I checked and the label is long
enough for each. My form fits on one piece of paper when printed. Any ideas
on the cause or how to fix it? The data in the text boxes display just fine
without being cutoff. I am using Access 2002. Thanks for the help! Lori

You should not print a form. Access forms are to enter, edit, and view
data. REPORTS are designed to be printed. If you want to print the data on
your form, create a report and add a button to your form to print that
report.
