Form insists on wrapping

I am using FrontPage 2003. How do you create a form which does not wrap if
the window become narrower? The form I'm working with wraps at the field
level.

Put the form elements into a table, set the size of the table as a fixed
pixel size, and set the cells of the table not to wrap.
