Form Help Please

I am wondering if there is a way to add tabs to my form?

Assuming that this is a pre-2007 Access form, you can open it in design view
and use the "Tab Control" tool, from the ToolBox Menu to draw or drop the
tab control on the form.

If this is an Access form in 2007, you'll find the "Tab Control" tool on
the Design Ribbon.

After the tab control is on the form, you can add controls to its pages.
