Is there a way to make form headings 2 lines in order to make the columns
smaller to see the whole heading, since the data is much smaller than the
heading

Is there a way to make form headings 2 lines in order to make the columns
smaller to see the whole heading, since the data is much smaller than the
heading

I'd suggest using a Contiuous Form rather than a Datasheet; this lets
you put whatever you want into labels in the form Header.
