No, not unless the hande was originally created by a Form.

Officially as faik - No! Framework doesn't support this.
In reality - if you are willing to expend the effort - yes. All properties
can be matched with necessary information using Win32 API and structures.

However it's not very clear what for you might need this. This approach is
unproductive. What is the goal?
