Form final output

I've created a form but I want the final results to be outputted onto an
excel spreadsheet. Is there a way to do that?
 
In Access 2000, in the "New Form" option, you only have a choice of layout,
columnar, tabular, datasheet or justified. Is there a way you can choose to
go straight into an excel spreadsheet or the 'datasheet' option the
only/closest way? I do realize that you can choose the file/export but that
is done by the user. I want it to be automate.
