I am working on an easier way to make a daily assisgnment sheet for staff. I
would like to be able to create a grid with the names down the left column
and the dates across the top. Then, click on the days each person works.
There will be multiple people checked per day.

Then, I would like Word to automatically transfer than information onto a
sheet and print for each day of the schedule.

Anyone have any idea how to do this?
Thanks

A simple way to do this would be to manually type the dates in and then use
the techniques presented in the article at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Add_Toggle_Objects.htm to add clickable check boxes.

For more, ask in a programming newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general. In particular, the regular posters there
will be able to tell you if this can be more easily done in a different
application.
