Form Field Background Color

I have a form field with a yellow background, how do I change it to a plain
white background?
 
I tried that PJY and it didn't do anything. I did finally figure it out tho,
I had to go to the highlighter on the tool bar, select white as the
background, then click in the form field. That finally fixed the problem.
Thank you for your input tho.
