form drop down arrow not showing

Hi everyone,

I'm altering a document so that form fields can be used to reduce key
strokes. I have practised creating drop down menus using a table in word and
it worked. However, when I try to do the same on the document which is
already created the arrow does not show.

Jo, you might get a better response if you ask this in one of the groups for
Microsoft Word.
