Form doesn't submit results to email

Hi,
I've set an email address in Form properties, but nothing happens when I try
to use it. The form just turns blank again. How can I send info to an email
account and redirect users to Paypal? Or should I just add the Paypal button
on the form and take out the Submit button instead? That's perhaps too much
questions for one thread, but would appreciate any help.
Thanks

The Submit button "Must" be there for the form to work.
Also do not try to use the Submit button as a link or it will not work.

The email address must be one related to your domain.

If your web site is www.myweb.com the email address you send to must be (e-mail address removed)

thanks, I'll give that a go
just to be sure, what is supposed to happen naturally when you click submit?
is the user redirected to homepage or previous page?

I did all you suggested, and now when I click submit, another window opens
with the same form ... how do I redirect it back to the website?

In form properties, select custom confirmation page, and then browse to the page in the web
that you want opened when the form closes.

It all looks good on paper, but it still isn't working. The message FP2003
gives me when I add the email address is:
"This form cannot be configured to send results via e-mail. The Web site may
be located at a disk-based location, or on a server that has not been
configured to send email."
My host have updated mail settings, and it's still not working.
Any other tips will be appreciated.
Thanks

That is normal if you're creating it in a disk based web. Ignore the warning and publish
the web to a server with FrontPage Extensions, using the http://www.websitename.com address.

Then the form will work.

Make sure your host has enabled the forms to email transport.

Where are you creating/modifying the form to add the email address, your local machine or on the
live/remote server via FP?

I'm using my local machine to modify the forms. My server has FP Extensions.
Will check with them again about the email transport.
