Form does not display all records in a table

Recently inherited an Access database with 8 separate tables.

A series of forms were developed to aid users to Add/Modify/Delete records.

There is a table called "Utility Vendors"

There is a form called "Utility Vendors"

After activating the form, I have access to all the records in the table "Utility Vendors" except
for one record. The fields in this record contain accurate data and the record is toggled "active".

FYI, I did enter the data in the "missing" record directly into the table (not via the form)

I do not believe that how I enter the data should make a difference (assuming that there are no
duplicates in key values etc.)

I am missing something very obvious, I believe.

Any thoughts?

MASSIMO nothing was posted.

I may have ID'd the issue.

When I entered the vendor into the Utility Vendors table, the relationships were not in force.

Therefore, I need to place all relevant data in the relevant tables and then re-establish the
relationships.

When I get that data - later today - my guess is my issue will be fixed.

Thanks for all who took time!

Hi Massimo,

This is the public NG for the BETA release of IE8.

It is no use posting about issues that occur in your company's internal code
as we cannot access it to confirm your findings or offer solutions.

If this problem is occurring on public releases of previous versions of IE,
and since it is related to your company's internal applications, I would
suggest that you seek the advice of a local MS Business partner.

We have no idea what you are talking about without access to samples.

Regards.
