Form Display

Hi all experts,

I have created a Button at my form which will do the print preview function.
However, once i click the print preview, the report preview shows all the
record in the table.

Is there any macro or code which enables me shows the ACTIVE record only?
ie. the record which i just input in the form -> the last record in the table.
