Form Data Transmit to Email

I need to fix the "Contact Us" form on the contact page of my website:
www.hunterimmigrationparalegals.com. I need this form to be completed and
submitted to my email address. When hitting the submit button, this is the
message received:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://www.hunterimmigrationparalegals.com/contactus01.html".

What does this mean? My hosting company just reset my UN/PWD for me and
reinstalled FP extensions on my domain. Prior to this though, when someone
hit the submit button on the form, it was not transmitted. Nothing happened
at all. How do I fix this? I was told to go to properties, which I did, and
check the email address which is correct. What other fields do I need to
check/change to make sure the form is set up properly? Thanks.

some hosts don't allow form email to be sent to another domain ie;
(e-mail address removed)
try it with an email in your domain
(e-mail address removed)

Check with your Host. My Hosting company required a file called
"formmail.cgi.txt" to be placed in the web. At least that's how I got it to
work for me.
