Form cut off

Using Access 2002. The application is opened through a metrframe
presentation server. 3 out of 50 users can't view the entire form. The
window cuts it off on the right. If they tab over, it doesn't scroll. The
cursor just vanishes into the right. I played with a bunch of settings and
can't replicate this problem on any of my 3 computers.
Any ideas what could be causing this ?

Something in the Metaframe Presentation Server or client - not in Access.
