Form and Subform Problem

I'm using Access 2003 and I have a form with a subform.

The problem I'm having is when some users scrolls down the form the top of
the subform is cut off. I have the form Scroll Bars set to Vertical Only and
I can't find any thing else that would fix this problem.

How can I get the form and subform to scroll as one?

Where did you place the subform? In the detailsection?

Place the subform at the bottom of the form and turn off the scrollbar.
Resize the subform as well (make it smaller) often the subform is size wise
to big for the data that is being presented...

By making it smaller I mean less in height

The subform is in the detailsection.

The problem is the resolution of the computers. I thought maybe there was
something I was over looking. I guess the users will just have to get used to
it.
