form cache location on disk

On my PC with Outlook 2002 the form cache is in Documents and
Settings/<ident>/Local Settings/Application
Data/Microsoft/FORMS/frmcache.dat.

However in some PCs also with Outlook 2002 the frmcache.dat does not exist.
On those PCs there is no Local Settings folder. So I just wonder where the
form cache is?

(I am aware that in Outlook 2003 the form cache could be anywhere and if you
want to clear it you have to do it inside Outlook.)

Maybe it's just hidden by the user's Windows Explorer settings (Tools | Folder Options).
