Frmcache.dat problem

Interwoven's MailSite Outlook MAPI provider installs forms directly
into the local forms cache file (frmcache.dat) at client software
installation time. The problem is that in my case the software is
accessed from Citrix and of course Citrix clears out all the local
profile at logoff. Therefore, the contents of frmcache.dat are lost.
With a new clean frmcache.dat the form appears as a small rectangle
instead of a nice shiny icon. So, we need a way to maintain the
information that MailSite drops into the frmcache.dat file.

The possibilites as I see it are:

1. Simply don't delete the local profiles from the server. The Citrix
admins rightly are saying that this is a big no-no.

2. Get the forms and icons into a shared location such as the Exchange
Org Forms library. Interwoven say that this isn't possible with their
software and the forms have to be installed directly into the
frmcache.dat file. (Microsoft say that editing the frmcache.dat
manually is not supported, but that didn't stop Interwoven.)

3. Make the frmcache.dat roam. I can't see an automated way to do this,
so it means messing around with logon / logoff scripts. No really
ideal, but perhaps the only option.

I did try creating a form in the org forms library that had the same
message class as the mailsite messages and had the correct icon to
match. However, this didn't work because the MailSite mapi provider
just seems to ignore Exchange org forms and head straight for the
frmcache.dat file.

Before I write a logoff script to make the file roam, any other ideas?

Cheers
Mark
