Forgotten password/admistrator/welcome screen

Help, I have forgotten the password to the welcome screen
window as admistrator on XP. No reset disk was made. Is
there anyway to get into the computer aside from doing a
complete reinstall?
 
You should not use the default hidden administrator account for daily use.
You should create a user for yourself and use that. This way if you ever
forget the password you can log into the hidden admin account and reset
it(unless you forget both passwords). To reset your password check this out:
