Forgot to save changes, can I recover the work?

Is it possible to recover changes made to a Word 2003 document if I did not
save them prior to closing the document?

If you never saved the changes you made then there is nothing to recover.
:-( The instant you clicked "No" when prompted to save the changes the temp
file(s) your changes were stored in were deleted.
