forgot to install sata drivers on instalation

i forgot to install my sata drivers on instalation,i have
an abit is7 motherboard, now windows xp is loaded fully on
to my computer. i am building a new computer myself.
my question is can anyone tell me how to uninstall windows
xp so that i start brand new. i also did not partition my
western digital hdd has i mistakingly thought that was
done in windows. so a clean restart is what i`m after.

Simply set the BIOS boot order priority to FDD, CD, HDD and boot straight
from the XP CD.

Go through the F2 for the Recovery Console, go through the F8 to accept the
EULA and when XP finds itself on the hard drive, it will offer the option to
delete the current partition, create a new one (or more) and then install
clean.
