Forgot Password - Locked Computer

I forgot my password so I can't log in. It says to contact administrator,
which I have the password for. But once I log in as administrator, what am I
supposed to do? I am using Windows XP Professional

Just go in the User Accounts and reset the password.

Right click on the my computer icon and select manage. then click on Users
and Groups in the left column. Now double click on the users folder in the
right column. You will see your user account there. Right click on it and
select Set password.
