Forgot password for administrator rights

I bought my son a computer and I haved set up
administrator password to me and less rights to him.later
on he found out my password and I have changed it for a
new one.

Now I can't get access to the computer as administrator
because I forgot my password. Please help me.

i fix this problem by starting the machine in the safe
mode and that created a new user 'Administrator" which
had a blank for its password. That did it.

Also, there is a file on google search called:
SAM xp password reset

Search for that and create a floppy that can help you
reset passwrods on XP and NT.
