forgot login password for preferred customer

When first turning on my computer the screen comes up
with preferred customer. I need to enter my pass word.
I forgot what it is. And my hint did not ring any bells.
How do i get the pass word cancelled??? I am unable to
use my computer in any way

hit the ctrl-alt-del at the same time twice to bring up the logon screen.
from there you can use the account administrator to login. don't know
password for it? well you will need to contact whoever sold you the computer
or the manufacturer.
