Forgot Internet Explorer Content Advisor Password

I've forgottem my internet explorer content advisor
password. Anyway to retrieve or reset this password.
I've uninstall and reinstalled IE and the setting still
exists.

Thanks, I'd rather not spend the hundred bucks to ask
Product Support. i'm a small business not a 12 year old
kid
 
I have never heard of anyone being charged for this particular
request.
