Forgot Default Administrator Account password

Hi

I have installed the Recovery Console on my XP Home edition. However, when
I try to boot to the RC, the system requests a password for the
Administrator Account, which I have forgotten.

When I go into user and look at my accounts there is no record of this admin
account. It is possible that a previous user may have deleted it. When I
try to recreate an admin account by that name. The system tells me the name
is already in use.

What can I do to:

1 Access the administrator Account?

2 Access the Recovery console?
