Foreign Language characters

When I first had this computer, it asked me if I wanted to download the
language thingy every time I visited a website that wasn't in English. One
day, while wandering through my computer, I'm sure I found a way to turn it
off (it no longer pops up) and did so because it annoyed me. Now I want it
back, some sites I really want to visit need me to download the
language......but I can't remember where I turned it off. Any ideas?
 
Hi,

Control Panel/Internet Options/Advanced tab, look for "enable install on
demand (Internet Explorer)".
