force workstation lock or log off

I want to implement a domain security policy that would
force the workstation to either lock itself, or log off
the user, after 15 minutes of idle time. I can't seem to
find a policy setting for that- the closest I get
is "amount of idle time required before disconnecting
sessions," which doesn't seem to be what I'm looking for.
Where can I find a way to set this policy?

Thanks in advance

For screensaver there is GPO located at

User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Control Panel/Display/Screen
Saver timeout.....

For forcing logofff, you can use winexit screensaver located in Windows
Server 2003 resource kit tools available for download from MS website.
