Force users to only load a certain application

On my windowsxp workstations, I want it to where the user can only
access a certain application. In other words, the computer boots to
application.exe and if he exits the program the computer reboots or
something like that so he can't fool around in the desktop.
Is this possible???

I think you might want some third-party software to turn the
workstations into dumb terminals. Do a Google for "dumb terminal
applications + XP". The first link refers to Wyse terminals and there
are links to Citrix solutions.
